Account Executive - Kona
The Account Executive role is responsible for representing Procter & Gamble and Webco Hawaii. They are the eyes and ears of the division and is the liaison between the retailers and Webco. They are responsible for driving sales through store level activities such as: identifying operational replenishment issues, assisting with merchandising daily deliveries, identifying incremental sales opportunities, and supporting divisional marketing promotions.

Information Technology Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Portal maintenance – which includes price changes, correction, conversion changes and corrections.
- Issuing company equipment assigned to employees as required and maintain their records.
- Resolve any issues and repairs regarding the company equipment.
- Tag and identify each equipment with property identification tag.

Quality Assurance Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager, conduct internal audits on outbound customer orders to measure accuracy in compliance standards within the distribution centers. Job performance is based on productivity and accuracy of internal audit results, and effective communication in coaching leaders and team members on accuracy and compliance opportunities to improve results.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUCTIONS:
- Ensure outbound customer orders are properly labeled
- Ensure carton counts for each customer order are accurate
- Ensure the items and item quantities are accurate for each customer order
- Ensure the quality of all outbound inventory meets compliance standards in date coding, damages, cleanliness, labeling, etc.
- Maintain and update UPC changes by linking new and current inventory within 24-hours
- Communicate puller discrepancies and finding to supervisors/managers and assist in identifying root cause and prevention measures
- Participate in coaching conversations with pullers to minimize further discrepancies
- Root cause analysis includes conducting cycle counts of inventory locations, researching system on-hand counts and movement and soliciting insight and feedback from pullers
- Prepare and publish Daily Audit Update communication to leadership team
- Prepare and publish weekly Accuracy Report to leadership team
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with the Walmart HMSC teams to quickly resolve discrepancies in customer claims
- Partner with Quality Assurance Manager to execute CVS Audit compliance strategy to minimize financial impact to the company
- Assist in quarterly CVS audits
- Partner with the Quality Assurance Manager and Warehouse Managers to train and educate the warehouse team members on Quality Assurance key priorities, roles, and responsibilities
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- May be required to work in alternate warehouses or perform additional duties assigned by supervisor
- Periodic store and customer Distribution Center visits to address quality issues and/or to better understand customer requirements. Trip reports will be required to recap learnings and follow up action required.

Warehouse Support
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, performs receiving, stocking, pulling and staging of consumer products in multiple warehouse areas. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Performance based on time sensitive and accurate order pulling or receipt of incoming material.

- Ensures incoming freight is scanned into and put away in primary or back up pallet positions, operating forklift or pickers as required.

- Upon completion of orders, responsible to deliver products to Consolidators in appropriate areas, operating forklift as required.

Inventory Control Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
To perform the leadership, technical, and administrative skills that manages and controls inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse and the product lifecycle. Analyze and develop tools, processes, and programs to improve inventory accuracy throughout the product life cycle, including receiving, put away, order pulling, consolidation, shipping/delivery and returns. Lead and improve the physical inventory process and execution. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective cycle count program. Develop processes and procedures that reduce inventory shrink and warehouse damages, to include expired product, within set standards. Measure, monitor, and implement processes that ensure the accurate, timely flow of product to the picking and stocking locations, that maximize customer order fulfillment rates. Create, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators on inventory control. Metrics should maximize customer order fulfillment rates and accuracy, monitor inventory turns and warehouse space utilization, reduce at risk, expired, and damaged inventory, improve speed of material flow, and deliver operational efficiencies. Monitors inventory levels, orders, tracks, and schedules incoming freight for selected manufacturer lines. Responsible for tracking, verifying, and recording information to ensure inventory levels are maintained at established guidelines.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
- Accountable for Inventory Accuracy, Inventory write off and, KPI/Metrics accuracy.
- Works with the Supply Chain Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Warehouse Managers, to identify and resolve item data issues that impact inventory and customer order fulfillment.
- Coordinates and validates item changes that may impact inventory accuracy.
- Monitors and researches negative on hand inventory discrepancies to determine root cause and implement go forward solutions.
- Partners with Warehouse Managers, Operations Support Manager, and CFO to develop, implement and maintain a cycle count program.
- Develop other tools and metrics to monitor and control inventory accuracy.
- Leads the improvement of processes and execution to the annual physical inventory.
- Develops and maintains warehouse damage reporting that clearly displays progress and accountability.
- Develops, and improves process and tools to monitor date coded inventory.
- Measure, monitor, and implement processes that ensure the accurate, timely flow of product to picking and stocking locations to maximize customer order fulfillment rates.
- Improve reporting availability to drive action and accountability of timely inventory flow throughout the product lifecycle within the warehouse and to and from customers.
- Develop inventory control KPI reporting that improves the customer experience: order fill rate and accuracy, operational efficiencies: speed of material flow, utilization of warehouse space: inventory age and turns, and reduction in waste: damage, expired, and at-risk inventory.
- Implement standard operating procedures and best practices to drive consistent execution in warehouse operations.
- Orders manufacturer lines based on available inventory, current movement, and historical ad or promotional trends.
- Utilize product weight, cube, tier and pallet information to maximize container space.
- Track all orders to ensure factory receipt, order processing and order fulfillment. Follow-up with manufacturer for any shortfall in order fulfillment and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of product updates, order timing and inventory needs.
- Partners with Supply Chain Manager on suggested orders to ensure fill rates at minimum 97%.
- Facilitate a culture, and leverage process improvement techniques and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma, to continuously improve operational excellence.
- Lead cross functional/division process improvement teams.
- Lead with behaviors that reflect the highest standards of our core values.

Operates forklift, pallet jacks, uses hand truck, scanners, and standard safety equipment (to include safety equipment required for the re-fueling of propane tanks). Maintains assigned equipment is properly trained and licensed in the correct operation of said equipment. Reports deficiencies to supervisor on a timely basis.

Work hours may vary by activities and shifts, to effectively research, develop, and implement, inventory control analysis and corrective action. And may frequently exceed 40 hours Monday-Friday. Inventory Control Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Inventory Control Supervisor, performs the technical, and clerical skills to effectively maintain accurate inventory of the warehouse facilities. Assists with inventory cycle counts, inventory discrepancy research and resolution and inventory adjustments as well as the receipt, storage, pulling, and staging of consumer products in an assigned warehouse.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
- Execution of cycle count program to eliminate and reduce missing inventory issues.
- Conduct NIS research and communicate occurrences to leadership team
- Assist in execute changes in pallet slot sequencing to improve efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations
- Ensures incoming freight is scanned into and put away in primary or back up pallet positions, operating forklift or pickers as required.
- Ensures products are pulled on a timely basis, using scanning devices operating with a warehouse management system, and operating forklift or pickers as required.
- Follows established procedures on notifying supervisor of NIS (not in stock) items.
- Communicates daily with supervisor to achieve 100% in-stock performance.
- Upon completion of orders, responsible to deliver products to Consolidators in appropriate areas, operating forklift as required.
- Prepare equipment and vehicles for use; includes regularly checking forklift and picker to ensure they are in operating condition and performing routine inspection of mechanical equipment.
- Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Performs other related warehouse duties as may be required or assigned.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- May be required to work in alternate warehouses or perform additional duties assigned by supervisor.
- Maintains yard and areas in and around warehouse as required.
Communication, Physical and Mental Demands:
Visual ability to read handwritten or typed documents, and display screen of various warehouse equipment. Able to conduct verbal conversation and hear normal range verbal conversation (approximately 60 decibels). Able to sit, stand, stoop, kneel, bend and walk. Able to sit or stand for sustained periods of time. Able to walk hard flooring for sustained periods of time. Able to climb slopes, stairs, steps, ramps and ladders. Able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds frequently. Able to push and/or pull a variety of tools and equipment weighing up to 80 pounds. Able to sustain strenuous manual labor for 8 hours. Able to exhibit full range of motion for shoulder external rotation and internal rotation, shoulder abduction and adduction, elbow flexion and extension, shoulder extension and flexion, back lateral flexion, hip flexion and extension, and knee flexion. Able to work at various elevated heights in safe and effective manner. Able to work in a wide range of temperatures. Positions requires working and supervising assigned staffing under deadline pressures and low tolerance for inaccuracies in storing or pulling of product line.
Skills / Knowledge:
In addition to being able to fulfill communication, physical and mental demands listed above, must know how to operate forklift, picker and pallet jacks. Be able to instruct and follow instructions and safety procedures, including safety rules of forklift and picker operation. Be able to lift 60 lbs unassisted.
Education:
High School graduation or equivalent.
Experience:
One year of warehouse experience in storing and pulling orders in a warehouse unit, including the operation of scanning devices or voice directed picking systems, preferred. Certified on the safe and correct operation of forklift and picker preferred.
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are considered acceptable and involve lifting, standing, and carrying, and exposure to hazards common in a warehouse environment. Indoors under regular warehouse conditions; outside in all types of weather.
Equipment Used:
Operates forklift, pickers, pallet jacks, uses hand truck, scanners and standard safety equipment.
Work Hours:
DAY, EVENING, OVERNIGHT & WEEKEND shifts available starting at 6:00 am, 3:00 pm, or 9:00 pm. Sun – Thurs and/or Mon thru Fri. Weekend shifts also available. Must be flexible and able to work overtime as necessary. Work schedule may vary, depending on various warehouse locations.
Accuracy:
Maintains and demands accuracy from all personnel for receipt, storing, pulling orders and accounting in assigned warehouse.

Driver – CDL Class A
POSITION SUMMARY:
To perform general delivery and unloading duties to the company’s customers. All functions must be in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety rules. Performance based on timely deliveries to the company’s customers while building relationships through exceptional service. Responsible for daily maintenance of vehicle (reporting any mechanical issues; inspecting tires, fluid levels, license expirations, lights, turn signals, cleanliness, etc.) Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
- Loads and unloads truck; verifies load against invoices; prepares route to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient deliveries.
- Maintains maintenance log of truck assigned and ensures truck is maintained and serviced on a scheduled basis.
- Maintains cleanliness of the truck; inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water.
- Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive expedited delivery instructions.
- Collects return or rejected merchandise, with documentation, and delivers this to the Returns department, prior to the end of each day.
- Treats all internal/external contacts as customers and strives to meet their expectations by providing responsive, adaptive, and exceptional added value service.
- Ensures all deliveries/pickups are signed and properly processed.
- Performs other related duties as may be required or assigned.

Sales Representative (Part-Time)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Representative is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure client standards are met and volume is increased. Adhere to suggested frequency and call times.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
- Increase sales volume by identifying and addressing distribution and replenishment issues.
- Ensure assortment integrity and verify newly authorized items are set into store distribution via approved planogram.
